Position Title: IBS �Supervisor

Reporting To:�Project Manager

No. of positions vacant: 6

Contract Duration- 1 year (Extendable)

Location: Libya

Perfered Nationality-Indians & Filipino's (Due to visa issues)

Candidates should have Valid passport to travel

Availability-Within 2weeks

Salary-Basic 1200$(60,000 indian Rupees) + Shared company Accomodation+ Airtickets once a year from Libya to home country+ Company will provide residence visa for self.

The functions included in this job are as follows, but not limited to:

Roles & Responsibilities:

�Field Maintenance & Trouble Shooting Projects

 Site Quality Inspection

 Checking all maintenance and quality of the operator network

 Working at various heights e.g. on towers

 Installation of telecom equipment indoors/outdoors including but not limited to antennas of all types e.g. MW, GSM, BTSs, Node Bs, Core Networks, Billing, Power Equipment, etc.

 All cable installation e.g. feeders, grounding…tc

 Civil work activities like, cable ladder, BTS base frame…tc

 Conducting microwave alignment.

 Visiting warehouses and preparing equipment to be delivered to the sites

 Carry out site surveys along with their supervisor

 Site cleanup after installation

 Reporting on a daily basis to assigned supervisor.�Perform good time management for the team tasks

 Job breakdown and task assignment

 All site installation check (Site audit)

 Antenna feeder system testing (using site master)

 Power testing and site power-up

 Equipment delivery and coordination with transportation and craning

 Supervise assemblers and train employees on job procedures (especially new comers and technicians)

 Fill-in acceptance document and preparing the final PAT report

Working Conditions:

�Ability to work in all weather conditions

 Able to work at various heights

 Shall work in any section or place of the country as and when required by the management.

Position Requirements:

�Must have the minimum requirement of a med diploma in telecommunications, electricity or equivalent.

 Must have at least 2 years relative work experience.

 Must have worked previously in an arab country.

 Must have an intermediate level of English language, Arabic is a plus.

 Applicants must not be over the age of 28.

 Able to carry out instructions as required

 Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

 Working from various heights

 Must be able to work on demand i.e travelling to sites, night shifts, weekends and public holidays whenever required by management.

 Basic Computer skills

 Good personal-communications skills

 Good Time management and leadership skills.
