We are having requirement of two 3G/2G RF Optimization Experts for Kenya & Malawi : 6+ Years: Must have Experience on Ericsson System
Job Nature : Contractual ( Initially 4 Months extendable to 1+ Year).
NOTE :- 1) The project is initially for 3 Months & extendable to 2 Years.
2) Must have a valid passport.
3) Can join us within 20 Days.
4) Must have the knowledge of Ericsson system
* Must have experience on Ericsson system
* Good working knowledge of releasing BO reports & creating BO Templetes.
* Conduct WCDMA/HSDPA Radio Network performance daily monitoring & detecting of hidden problem in network
* Conducting 3G KPI worst cell troubleshooting & improvement. Deep analysis and trouble shooting for the 3G KPI degradation
* Drive test analysis using TEMS for Area / Major Roads regular drive test and taking a corrective action for the findings (Dropped/Blocked calls, IRAT/SHO Failures, and Pilot Pollution...)
* Capacity check and utilization monitoring for different interfaces and resources (Iub utilization, Power utilization, Code utilization, channel element utilization, MP load
* Handle customer complaints, VIP care. Deep analysis & fast solution.
