An exciting opportunity has arisen with a major Telecommunications business based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for an Online Project Manager focussed on identifying, developing and managing the delivery of projects.
Roles Responsibilities
- Identify, develop and manage delivery of projects aligned with business objectives as we as the overall company-wide IT transformation
- Internal stakeholder liaison and management including conflict resolution to meet business objectives and provide ongoing project status presentations
- Provide subject matter expertise in process and high-level IT architecture design
- Manage the overall project timeline, milestones and change management including the performance of Business Analysts
- Manage vendors and negotiations with suppliers re the procurement process
- Continuously seek for ways to simplify and enhance project management processes
- Develop post implementation operational plans
- Contribute to the enhancement of Digital project delivery processes with Lean Six Sigma
Candidate Requirements
- Degree level qualification with PMP Certification
- Fluent English, Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus
- Minimum 5 years Project Management experience including web experience (Agency exposure welcomed)
- Change Management experience
- Good negotiation skills with creative problem solving ability
- Highly process aware and committed to quality with excellent presentation skills
- Telecomms experience is highly regarded
- Malaysian nationals/ PR preferred
