Job description:

The Field Operations Team Engineer E-M is responsible for managing a regional group of Service Technicians responsible for:
-
Corrective and preventive Maintenance of E&M Equipment
-
Attend all MDT related tasks
-
Outage Reporting ( Analyze daily outage Report and stating the Root cause of these outages)
-
Root causes Analysis for daily report from FO. Analyze Daily Alarm Report and sort out the Active alarms and follow up with the Subcontractor to clear these alarms. Also investigate the repetition of the alarms)

Receiving Escalation from FO (FRONT OFFICE) and follow up with Subcontractor till these alarms clear

Checking the Competency of Subcontractor and team distribution.

Escalation of any deficiencies in the equipment
-
Adherence to Processes
-
Ensure to manage & conduct the Monthly PMR of E-M BTS sites and maintain data base for performance records

Coordinate with the E-M Subcontractors for operational issues

Supervising Site Acceptance
-
New Sites added to the Network
-
Changing the power Configuration of the Existing Sites
-
PAC
-
FAC
-
Sending Monthly Progress Report
The following specific competence elements apply to the Field Operations Engineer functional role:

Knowledge of E-M Equipment for Mobile networks

Safety regulations for Field Operations

Dispatch & Work Order handling

Corrective & Preventive Maintenance

Other assignment as directed

Have a Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Electromechanical / or Mechanical Engineering.

Have a minimum 2 years of experience in as a Field Operations Engineer in a mobile network environment
