We are currently looking for the right people to take on the following roles...

• Rigger
• Field Manager
• Installer Repairer
• Constructor Repairer

You will be responsible for the end to end modification and repair of Telstra's Telecommunication products and services, in particular the cable network. You will be working on a range of technology such as copper and new fibre and resolving issues as they arise. These roles are hands on as you will be visiting sites and assessing where the cable faults lie which will include travelling in remote and regional areas and could involve some overnight travel as there may be several days of work on one particular site.

There will be an expectation to undertake unplanned maintenance and adhere to safety requirements all while ensuring customer satisfaction is the number one focus.

You will have experience in a field based Telecommunications role or within a similar industry. You will have experience working with cables and hold a cabling certification and a current driver's license (a manual driver's license would be preferable). You will have worked in an autonomous role in the past and understand the constraints of working remotely, if required.� You must have strong communication skills and a high level of motivation and conviction to take ownership of these critical roles.
