MAIN ACTIVITIES
-
Assistance to the Customer Lead to coordinate the backlog for a given client,
-
Monitoring of the backlog (ComServe),
-
Ensure the quality of the SRs (right status, recent updates, correct assignments),
-
Description of the issue, business impact, test case
-
Daily status report on the backlog and progress
-
Follow up with submitter on information missing and status updates,
-
Help with the coordination of the deliveries of the solutions (Maintenance Releases, Emergency Patches),
-
Participate to the status meeting reviews with the client,
-
Provide the internal status updates and collect requirements from the Operations,
-
Help with the coordination of the escalations received from the Operations and the client.
PROFILE
-
Billing knowledge,
-
Experience with backlog coordination,
-
Management of clients and escalations,
-
Negotiations skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Provide weekly report to summarize the current, the status and the next steps.
