Radio Expert 2g/3g Vietnam

The Cybercom Consulting Group is involved in Telecom projects world wide. We are currently looking for several 2G/3G Radio Experts for a project in Vietnam.



Scope of work:



- Auditing Radio Network



Database check, Parameters analysis, Network performance monitoring, KPI analysis, Drive test analysis, Writing report with recommendations



- Radio Network Optimization



Implement recommendations, improve network performance, evaluate network before and after optimization, Drive test and benchmarking with other networks



- Network Planning



Recommendations on 3G radio network development plan and strategy



Requirements:



- At least 5 year experience in working as a Planner/Optimizer for radio network in GSM/GPRS/UMTS networks



- Experience in consulting for radio network planning, optimization of GSM/GPRS/UMTS networks in at least 3 to 5 countries



- Proficient in English Language (coming from English speaking country or having TOEIC/IELTS certificate)



- Educational Background: graduate in in mobile communications, telecommunications, wireline or radio technologies (Bachelor, Master or PhD)



- Ability to work with the cellular planning tools/software, performance management tools/software which are being used in the network:



Aircom Enterprise (Asset, Ranopt, Connect, Optima, Direct)



Must be proficient with those tools or have a certificate from the tool vendor (Aircom)



Duration: 6 months



Location: Vietnam
