Job Description & Responsibilities:

Support and assist PM Contract Management with vendor contracts, amendments, and correspondences.

Assist PM Contract Management with budgeting process and vendor contractual issues that have direct impact on budget availability.

Weekly update reporting trackers namely, Purchase Requisition, PO, and budget (Opex and Capex) .

Routine updating and maintenance (daily/weekly) Procurement and Contact issues tracker and closed items.

At the direction of PM Contract Management responsible for Oracle data entry of Purchase Requisitions and Work Orders .

Responsible for contract document control including archiving and file maintenance.

Participate as needed in meetings and discussions as relevant to contractual, purchasing, and budget relevant matters.
Qualifications & Experience:

University Degree in related discipline

Minimum 5 years experience in their field of specialization.

Telecom experience including familiarity with vendor contracts and related documentation would be beneficial.

Excellent interpersonal skills (diplomatic, courteous & friendly)

Ability to work independently
