We are seeking a potential candidate of RF Consultant, who has the QMS-TL9000 Expertise in Telecom Sector.
Basic Requirement as below:
1. Headcount: One (1) person
2. Nationality: Preferable local
3. Home Base: Jakarta, but occasionally might travel to region within Indonesia on need and requirement basis for process training and compliance auditing.
Responsibilities:

Perform gap analysis against the requirement of industry quality standards like ISO 9001:2008/TL9000
-
Create and maintain TL9000 metrication plan
-
Part of process and Quality team in developing and deploying new operation and maintenance processes and tools required for QMS
-
Conducting workshops with all relevant stakeholders based on the proposed process design to be followed in end to end operations.

Create process performance baseline report based on the business and Operations KPI’s.

Prepare the KPI reports and performance data of risk and Quality of operations and reporting to top management for further actions.

Interface and liaison within various building blocks of organization for process and quality management activities , second party audits and Third Party Audits

Create process improvement plan for entire organization

Planning and coordinating activities for driving the organization towards ISO/TL9000 certification
-
Ensure internal audits are happening on time and providing approvals for the shift of audit plan and dates
-
Preparing and consolidating the audit reports based on audit conducted and ensure audit reports are baselined with mutual understanding and agreement of auditees

Follow up of NC closure within defined SLA and ensure the effectiveness of corrective action in place

Prepare NC analysis and suggest the areas of improvement to the management

Liaising with customers' , their auditors and ensuring the execution of corrective action and compliance with customers' specifications

Defining and piloting engineering processes, methods and tools

Agreeing standards and establishing clearly defined quality methods for staff to apply; defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff;

Bringing together staff of different disciplines and driving the group to plan, formulate and agree comprehensive operational procedures;

Persuading reluctant staff to change their way of working to incorporate new process and quality methods;

Conduct work product, physical and functional configuration audits
-
Carrying out RCA analysis and suggest better preventive measures.

Collating and Analyzing performance data and charts against defined O&M parameters
Requirements:
Bachelor/Master’s degree in Engineering/Science (Electronics &communication)
PROFESSIONAL TRAINING/ CERTIFICATIONS: •Trained on ISO 9001:2008/TL9000 standard •Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 •Trained Internal control & security standard professional (ISO 27001) •Trained on ITIL and Business Process Framework (eTOM)
Either exposure working in Siemens /Cisco/Ericsson /Alcatel Lucent/NSN /Huawei’s Quality Management System
Good communication in English and Bahasa, Good Presentation Skills, ability to influence and train operational staffs in driving initiatives, experience in customer interactions
