Description:

Lead the Drive test teams in order to achieve the target time line. Meet the customers' requirements;

SSV (single site verification) & KPI report timely collecting ,reviewing, submitting and getting approval from customer.

Improve the performance of the networks
-
Knowledge about the 4G Network
-
M2000 tolls awareness
-
Familiar with Prob and assistance
-
Familiar with the Nester Huawei tools
-
KPIs analysis and troubleshooting, including but not be limited to network entry, hand off, coverage, interference,capacity, service optimization and complains solving
-
Be the customer interface, ensure the satisfaction of customers on Huawei's delivery work;

Good experience (3 years at least) on Wimax network optimization and team coordination.

The job-holder must have Excellent communication skills and a team player with dynamic personality, act as liaison with clients and sub-contractors regarding implementation, site check and quality assurance.

8-Should know the complete implementation techniques including but not limited to the wimax theory, project management ability, customer interface communication ability, basic computer output skills (mapinfo, google earth, excel, ppt, etc.);
