3+ year experience NOC engineer role.

Number Provisioning & Bulk activation
Voucher Generation & Activation.
Handling Space GUI Operation.
Short Code Configuration.
Cloning CPR & Tables in upcoming circles.
Analyzing CDRS for wrong charging & Balance deduction.
Generating Daily Reports like CDR Report & Subscriber Dump Report.
Regular health Checks including the Sun hardware health Checks.
Technical and customer acceptance testing.
Resolution of trouble tickets raised by NOC / Customer / other Teams.
Escalation of complex faults to the next level of support
Follow-up for open faults / technical.
Taking the traces for solution and troubleshooting the problem.
Detailed analysis of Performance Data.
Equipment acceptance test before handover between delivery and handover Daily routine maintenance checks and operation.
Providing support for various technical queries of the customer.
Performing the major activities related to any hardware replacements in Sun Servers and Storages.
Providing solutions to the customer queries related to Tariff or charging system.
