Individual Competencies


•Masters/Bachelor Degree or equivalent in telecom


•Excellent communication and presentation skills


•Ability to work in a matrix organisation with a split between line and functional responsibility


Leadership:


Ability to lead virtual teams at various level to achieve organization goals.


Perspective:


Ability to set the operational strategy, and support in setting strategy for the Key Account and Global Services. Estimate the impact of new strategies on service quality, employee satisfaction, customer satisfaction, and/or profitability.


People Orientation:


Ability to communicate with the global managed services organization and with other operations around the world. Ability to coach people in diverse roles in the organisation.


Result Orientation:


•Customer Orientation: Ability to build good working relationships with customers at senior level.
