Customer Care Engineer

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
1.Should have experience of ENIQ, business Object
2.OSS 2G/3G, Halted cells, Alarms etc
3.Log file analysis with layer 3 knowledge
4.Should have sense of NW topology and strategy (Why call drop, drag, abnormality etc)
5.AHI or DAH (Decrease) concept with justification
6.Good manipulating skills i.e. Access, Excel
7.Minimum parameter exposure, to improve through put, accelerate or delay handover decisions etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Responsible to receive network complaints from customer.
2.coordinate below actions till closure:
3.Appointment with the customer if field visit is needed
4.Organize with drivetest team for data gathering ,
5.Send to area engineer for troubleshooting of radio condition
6.Contact with different functions (FO, GTAC,NFO..) for solving complaints.
7.Get feedback of actions implementation and correction.
8.Organize post drivetest for confirmation or contact subscriber
9.Subscriber feedback
10.Report Final feedback to customer
